My name is James C. Murray. I am a licensed, full-time real estate professional in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with a focus on Bucks County in PA and Mercer and Burlington Counties in NJ. I was born and raised in the area – developing a deep passion for the history and intricacies that this wonderful area provides. My beautiful wife and three children are proud to call this area home and enjoy taking advantage of all the terrific assets it has to offer.
In my practice of real estate, I am known for superior communication, attention to detail, exemplary customer service, and creating a positive experience for all parties involved in my transactions. I use my experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become a problem. Whether you are buying or selling, I understand the process can often be challenging and complicated. I focus on taking the pressure off of you, so you can make clear and concise decisions through the process. Ultimately, a “successful sale” is my main goal and I will utilize my expertise, and my companies resources, to ensure that happens for you. I am honest, sometimes telling my clients things they may not want to hear, but they need to hear, to make the best and most informed decisions for their family.
After attending local schools, I achieved my B.S. in Economics from Lehigh University and my J.D. from Widener University School of Law. Both provide me a solid foundation to effectively price and negotiate with my client’s best interests at heart.
